Terms of Service for Cenestro (ArchitectX, LLC)

PLEASE READ THE ARBITRATION PROVISION IN SECTION 14 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES.


1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to Cenestro (cenestro.io), a platform operated by ArchitectX, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “Parent,” or “Guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you register a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and agree to these Terms on their behalf.


2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Only individuals 18 years or older may create accounts
  • Accounts for students must be created and managed by a parent or guardian
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children. Payment processing through Stripe serves as a method of identity and consent verification.

By providing a student’s contact information, you authorize us to communicate with that student for educational purposes.


4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Platform, including curriculum, lessons, code examples, and instructional materials, is the property of ArchitectX, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
  • Use Platform content to create or support a competing product or service
  • Scrape, extract, or systematically collect Platform data

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.


5. User Content

Users may submit code, images, or other materials (“User Content”).

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your content
  • License: You grant ArchitectX, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce User Content for platform operation and marketing purposes

We will use only non-sensitive identifiers (e.g., public display names) when showcasing student work.


6. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Submit original work
  • Communicate respectfully
  • Avoid sharing personal contact information in public areas

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.


7. Artificial Intelligence Usage

The Platform may incorporate artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools to assist with instruction, feedback, and content generation.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review
  • AI outputs are provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, academic, or career advice
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content

We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve AI systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy.


8. Physical Safety & Supervision

The Platform provides digital educational content only.

Any physical activity performed in connection with our content is done at your own risk. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervision and safety.

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents occurring outside the Platform.


9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Any applicable recurring billing terms

Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that time.

Refunds: Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.


10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Platform is designed to develop skills and provide educational experiences. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including:

  • Academic performance
  • Admission to educational programs
  • Internship or job placement
  • Career advancement or financial results

Success depends on individual effort, external factors, and circumstances beyond our control.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Educational outcomes
  • Availability or uninterrupted access
  • Accuracy or completeness of content

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

ArchitectX, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.


14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • Arbitration will take place in Florida
  • Disputes will be handled on an individual basis only
  • You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit

Either party may bring claims in small claims court where permitted.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
